Lorraine Baechler has held the position of Administrative Assistant since April 2003. Investia relies on Lorraine's eye for detail and accuracy while efficiently performing her various daily tasks.

Lorraine truly believes that her best accomplishments arise from being a team player and she will always go that extra mile to ensure that all documents are dealt with in an accurate and professional manner.

Lorraine is the proud mother of three wonderful children. She enjoys reading, quilting and spending time with her family and friends.

She is proud to be an employee of Panorama Wealth Management.



Paula Bailey

After obtaining a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) from Ryerson University in 1993, Paula entered the workforce as an administrative assistant to a financial planner in her hometown of Ajax. She immediately obtained her mutual fund and life insurance licences and has been working in various capacities in the business ever since.

As Executive Assistant to Zul Devji, Paula has been an integral part of his practice since 2003. She is responsible for client communication and business processing and is diligent in maintaining an accurate and complete record of client transactions. Paula continually attends industry workshops and seminars to keep her skills up-to-date so she is prepared to knowledgeably respond to client queries. Keeping informed also allows her to work closely with Zul to prepare materials and gather data for client meetings.

Paula maintains a home in South Nepean with her husband and two daughters. The entire family is actively involved in competitive soccer with both daughters playing in provincial leagues and Paula serving as treasurer for two teams. She has been an active member of Beta Sigma Phi, an International women’s organization, since 1996. In the free time that is allowed, Paula enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.



Ann-Marie Faubert


Ann-Marie came to Canada as a nanny and cared for her two charges for several years (they are now a pilot and a doctor). She decided to return to school and completed the Business Administration-Accounting program at Sheridan College in Oakville. She soon put her education to use in several different accounting and payroll positions.

With the arrival of a beautiful daughter, Ann-Marie chose to be a stay-at-home Mom for seven years. After re-entering the workforce with a couple of part-time positions, she welcomed the opportunity to join the team at Panorama Wealth Management. Her part-time role handling the company’s accounting, office reception duties and generally helping everyone in the office is a perfect fit for her skills and lifestyle.

When not working, Ann-Marie loves spending time with her husband and daughter and enjoys camping, skiing, running and reading.


Sheila Phelan

Sheila has over twenty-five years of experience as a Financial Assistant. To expand her investment knowledge, Sheila successfully completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course, Life License Qualification Program and the Canadian Deposits Course. In 2015 Sheila joined the Panorama Wealth Management team as an Assistant to Albert Routhier.

In her spare time Sheila enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for various events in her community.



Nithya Thiyagarajah

Nithya holds a diploma in Business from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology in Toronto and her most recent achievement is attainment of her Mutual Funds License from Canadian Securities Institute.

Nithya recently joined the team of Panorama Wealth Management and comes with extensive knowledge gained working for various corporations and over 5 years of working for one of the major banks. Nithya works as an Administrative Assistant to Thomas Schmidt and she is responsible for daily client communications, business processing and maintaining an accurate record of all client history and transactions.

Nithya maintains a residence in Kanata with her husband and son. In her spare time, Nithya loves to spend time with her family and friends; she also enjoys volunteering in the community and strongly believes in giving back time to the community she dwells in.

Nithya is excited to be a part of Panorama Wealth Management. With her dedication and hard work she is looking forward to a long road of success with Panorama Wealth Management.



Kristie Bredfeldt


Kristie is a recent graduate of the three-year Applied Museum Studies program at Algonquin College in Ottawa. In the second year of her program she was elected to be a Board Director of the Algonquin College Students' Association and served a one-year term. She then completed her four-month internship at the Canadian Museum of History where she worked in Project Management for the Canadian History Hall Project.

Kristie is now the office receptionist for Panorama Wealth Management while attending full-time night classes for Project Management. She hopes to gain experience and skills to eventually pursue a career working for a national museum.

Kristie lives just outside of Carleton Place in Beckwith Township with her boyfriend and her German Shepherd Sammy. In her free time she likes to spend her time at home or go up to the cottage to go fishing and four wheeling.



Carol Shepherdson


After 4 years of working with her brother Dave and the team at Panorama Wealth Management, Carol decided to retire. However she still finds the time to maintain the website in spite of her busy retirement lifestyle.
